Products and availability

Riverborn products are released in limited quantities. Availability shown on the site reflects our inventory at the time of loading and can change while you are browsing. Adding an item to your bag does not reserve it; stock is allocated when your order is completed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer or per order, and to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full.

Pricing and errors

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We work to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed.

Colors and product images

We photograph products as accurately as we can, but screens vary and the color you see may differ slightly from the garment. Minor variation in wash, print placement, and embroidery is a characteristic of the production process and is not a defect.

Returns

Purchases are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Riverborn name, logo, graphics, garment artwork, photography, and site content are owned by Riverborn and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, to interfere with its operation, or to place fraudulent orders or orders intended for unauthorized resale.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here. Our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
