Processing time

Riverborn orders are packed and shipped by hand. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

During a drop launch, volume is higher than usual and processing can take slightly longer. We will post an update if that happens.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on the service selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the service you choose. The rate shown at checkout is the final shipping cost.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your label is created. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is generated.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the United States and want to order, email riverbornofficial@gmail.com and we will tell you whether we can arrange it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. If you notice a mistake, email riverbornofficial@gmail.com immediately and we will correct it if the order has not shipped. We are not able to redirect a package once it is with the carrier, and we cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you do not have the package, check with neighbors and your building first, then email riverbornofficial@gmail.com within 7 days. We will help open a claim with the carrier. Riverborn is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address provided.
